Hey Fanny, this is the first time ive come to this website and would just like to say it has really helped me throuought my cooking endeavours. just one question though. when making chocolate muffins, how do you get it so they are cruchy on the outside and soft and melted on the inside???
any answer would be much appreciated because ive tried so many times and seem to fail constantly!!

I was welling to buy the book until i read your opinion about the book. But that looking at the beatiful photo of this muffin, i'm reconsidering my thoughts about the book.

I wish if you could post a bundt cake recipe from the same book.
