Plaisir sucre is also my favorite Herme&#039;s entremets but I was just wondering whether you already had or were considering posting some provencal / nicoise pastry recipes. In any event, keep up the good work.</description>

Mary - it might be because I&#039;m French but I find it normal to have to pay for pastries otherwise they would be broke (I have to admit that I buy far too many pastries - I can&#039;t even eat them all; it just feels comforting to know that my fridge is full with delicate and yummy pastries).
