I love the look of your ratatouille. I am always smiling when I hear someone raving about the movie…ratatouille is a staple at my house. Once a week I make a big batch and serve it hot with meat/fish or room temp on tartine. Can’t get tired of it!

Oh goddess. I was on the verge of changing my oven-antipasti-vegetables plans for tomorrow’s lunch straight to ratatouille, only to discovered you didn’t enter the recipe. I shall have to live with the disappointment or start looking for a good recipe in my own books.

I have to say, though, you make excellent use of your new camera!

The trailer for Ratatouille I saw before The Simpsons Movie, was about 50% explaination of how to pronounce it phonetically dumbing it down for people who couldn’t care less and aren’t going to see it anyway.

I’m hot and bothered now. I saw a great recipe for Rataouille Omelettes the other week, which was nice.

Your ratatouille looks gorgeous! I wonder if they planned to have to movie come out when all the ingredients are in season? It’s the perfect summer fresh-from-the-farmers’-market dish!

This movie was so charming! I’m glad to hear other adults also enjoyed it :) I cried too at the part with the critic! Your version looks just as beautiful.

I did the same thing! The morning after I wanted ratatouille for breakfast. I went the lazy route though and threw it all in a pot. I must say, your ratatouille is oh so elegant. Did you serve it in little stacks like in the film? How would you compare to the traditional version?
