Your coconut tapioca pudding with pomegranates looks so light and delicious! I must make this. I don’t know why I never thought to pair pomegranates with tapioca, but it seems like it would be a winning combo. Thanks for the inspiration!

I adore tapioca. I never see it anymore. I also aquired a homegrown pomegranate from work this week and just happen to have a random can of coconut milk in the pantry. I guess making this pudding is meant to be!

I made something like this the other week, without the egg and with the big tapioca, the kind that you have to soak overnight. I put the pomengranate on top instead of mixing in. Gosh the contrasts in colour, texture and taste were divine. Right on. Found you via tastespotting.

Hi fanny, forgive me for not leaving you any comments before even though I’m really an avid reader of urs! You have a very nice blog and OH needless to say, you’re such a talented patisser!! keep up with the good work girl!

Ok! I’ll admit I’m DRAWN towards the word… “Basically, I will send a box with handmade/homemade goodies to one lucky person who leaves a comment on this post” … lol call me greedy and a cheap ass but I just love FREE FOOD – esp food from FRANCE… so please pick me pick me!! i really do think that i should!! hahahah… *slurps* lol… OH well even if i don’t win this but it good to know that at LEAST i tried!
