Qu’est ce qu’une “focaccia” ? oui je suis nulle en cuisine.

Une focaccia est un peu comme notre fougasse française. C’est un pain plat, avec de grosses bulles d’air et une mie très tendre. Pour la faire, j’utilise de la farine, de l’eau, de la levure, de l’huile d’olive et du sel.
Je vais mettre la recette bientot…

OH wow, that was a scrumptious dinner for sure. Very luxurious. What did you make??
We had our feast today, but yesterday as well for the..uhh..how do you call the day before Christmas? Oops…Anyways! I was happy to be around my family and open lots of presents! :)

Tea, it feels so good to hear from you. I made pretty much everything, except the crème fraiche and boudin blancs, which were bought.
By the way: yeaaaah to presents. Love them.
