		<description>Made it-loved it-made it again-will be my summer favourite!! (w/o the chocolate layer actually).With raspberries inside, or strawberries, last one was perfumed with a little rose syrup...wonderful with strawberries on the side, and folded in, that worked really well. Thanks Fanny!!
I also love how the texture is different if you eat it, lets say, an hour or two out of the oven (not chilled long enough, very light and delicious and fluffy, couldn&#039;t wait!), next day after plenty chilling more dense and cheesecake-y</description>
