Ouiiiiiii faisons une Ice crea Sandwich Revolution en France! Chaque personne à qui j’en ai parlé trovait l’idée bizarre au départ, mais ils ont tous été conquis dès qu’ils en ont goûté! C’est vrai que ceux là on l’air assez merveilleux. Je vais tester tes brownies-like cokies (deux de mes raisons de vivre) dès demain. Mais est-ce qu’ils ne ressembleraient pas encore plus à des brownies avec quelques noix..?
Sinon, je prefère personnellement la glace à la vanille dans mes chocolate cookies iced sandwiches, mais je n’ai jamais eu l’occasion de go^ter à cette fameuse glace (j’imagine que c’est celle de Ben&Jerry’s…) et l’alliance banane-chocolat me tente bien….

Do you have to beat the eggs and sugar with a machine like when making a cake, until it comes really white and quite hard.

Yes, you beat the eggs and sugar until white, thick and fluffy. It should almost have doubled in size.
