		<description>En lisant certaines de tes phrases j&#039;avais l&#039;impression de me lire. J&#039;alterne des phases de doutes profonds et d&#039;autres ou je semble savoir où je vais (mais parfois je me demande si c&#039;est pas juste de l&#039;auto-persuasion!)
En tous cas je n&#039;ai pas ton &quot;courage&quot;, j&#039;ai choisi la voix &quot;sage&quot; pas forcément celle de la passion... 
De toutes façons tu es extrêmement douée dans tout ce que tu fais (je suis tes deux blogs) et à chaque fois extrêmement exigeante et perfectionniste, donc quoique tu choisisse, je sais que tu le fera avec brio!
Un peu de sommeil et la sérénité sera de retour..., non?</description>

This one was particularly touching, as I just started a 2 year apprentissage in a pâtisserie in the very gray north of France. 2 years of waking up at 4am loom before me (2am on Sundays and holidays and let&#039;s not even discuss Christmas), and there are so many other things I want to do as well, not to mention places I want to live! Thank you for sharing your experience, and keep your chin up! By the way, your photos are stunning! I&#039;ll definately test your blueberry focaccia.</description>
