J'alterne des phases de doutes profonds et d'autres ou je semble savoir où je vais (mais parfois je me demande si c'est pas juste de l'auto-persuasion!) En tous cas je n'ai pas ton "courage", j'ai choisi la voix "sage" pas forcément celle de la passion... De toutes façons tu es extrêmement douée dans tout ce que tu fais (je suis tes deux blogs) et à chaque fois extrêmement exigeante et perfectionniste, donc quoique tu choisisse, je sais que tu le fera avec brio! La joie de vivre vient aussi dans la joie de se refaire. Regarde tous les chefs francais et etrangers qui n'ont jamais mis les pieds dans une ecole culinaire mais on appris sur le tas et par des apprentissages. This one was particularly touching, as I just started a 2 year apprentissage in a pâtisserie in the very gray north of France. 2 years of waking up at 4am loom before me (2am on Sundays and holidays and let's not even discuss Christmas), and there are so many other things I want to do as well, not to mention places I want to live!
